I am orginally from Yonkers, NY where I fell in love with the piano at an early age. I began lessons at age 7 and later moved to Las Vegas with our beloved Uncle Eddie (Eddie Lynch) who began his show business career as a singer / dancer in vaudeville. He worked in show business his entire life and became stage magager of Caesar's Palace in the early 70's.  I spent countless hours with him backstage where he would introduce me to some of the stars and let me watch the shows from behind the stage curtain were the greatest musical talents such as Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Ike and Tina Turner countless others performed just a few feet in front of me.... what an incredible experience and education!!

I later attended Willamette University and Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA. I am a past president of the Whidbey Island Chapter of the WA State Music Teacher's Association, past president of the South Whidbey Association of Jazz Educators and I currrently perform in my own show called the 88 Keys Piano Club (named after my piano studio) at Whidbey Island Center for the Arts.

I had a career performing for over 10 years as a singer / pianist in clubs and on cruise ships before I began my teaching career here in 1989.  Since then I have taught hundreds of students in our community and I continue to maintain a very busy studio with students of all ages and all levels.  Many of my school aged students have won awards and scholarships and have been recognized for their outstanding acheivments on piano.
